Our dogs are our family, they are precious friends and I couldn’t leave my woofs with just anyone. It's been 16 years since we started with 'Follow the Lead', 4 dogs and they have all had and continue to have the happiest times with 'Follow the Lead'. Sometimes I get jealous because my hound would happily trot off forever with Cristy and April, but she comes back happy, relaxed and since going on her regular walks an infinitely more balanced dog.
If you love your dog then you must know that walks are non-negotible, I honestly couldn't survive without 'Follow the Lead' their service is life changing because we can all have the chance to thrive!

Cristy, April and Trena have been so wonderful taking care of our beloved pup Winston on his walks. From 12 weeks old, they have cared for him for the last 3 years.
When we finally got our dream fury friend, we were really worried that we would struggle to find a reliable dog walker who would love him as much as we do, but we managed to find that and more with Cristy.
It is amazing how much Cristy loves her job and all the dogs she walks and spends her days with. Winston waits by the door everyday for his favourite time out the house with Cristy, where he is the happiest pup!

For me, Follow the Lead is by far the best dog walking team in the area. All of the team are an absolute pleasure to know and I trust them completely. They take time and care to get to know the dogs really well and always group them carefully for walks. Our dog Penny has been walking with Cristy since she was a small puppy. Cristy has been instrumental in teaching Penny (and us) to walk both on and off leash happily and with confidence, and to manage and remain calm around the general hustle and bustle of London. The walks have been instrumental in socialising Penny both with other dogs, as well as with other people you meet while out walking, which is so important given that Penny is an only dog.
Cristy has always been on hand to offer advice when we have questions about Penny whether related to her behaviour or general health and well being. We have only had a good experience walking with Cristy- Cristy is very organised and ensures a smooth transition to other members of her team when she’s away.
Our twice weekly walks are so helpful to both of us with full time jobs- when we’ve needed to add adhoc walks to accommodate a change in our work schedule Cristy has always been flexible and accommodating.

Cristy has been one of our two primary dog walkers for the past 2 years. We both work full time and Cristy has worked with us to set up a good schedule and is able to cover for other ad hoc occasions.
After lock downs our dog Toffee got very used to having all of us around the house and were not sure how she would transition to be alone Monday-Friday and Cristy was recommended to us by another Barnes resident and we are so happy that she was able to accommodate Toffee.
Cristy is kind and caring and Toffee is always happy (and pooped out) after her walks. Cristy has been kind enough to accommodate the smaller dogs together so that Toffee, who is a King Charles Cavalier doesn't get too far behind the bigger and faster dogs.
In addition, Cristy is always on time and communicates well in advance any absences. This means we can plan well ahead and ensure there are no hiccups and that Toffee is never left alone for too long.
We would highly recommend Cristy as a dog walker for your dog.
